We understand hospital procurement

Pinel Medical products are sold all over the world. We deal with many different cultures and medical facilities. We understand the steps involved in hospital procurement, and can accommodate any hospital policy.

We approach the hospital procurement process with a well-organized strategy that clearly lays out:

  • The cost-savings for the hospital

  • The best quality outcomes they can count on

  • The high-quality, time-saving staff training we provide

In this way, we continually fulfil new orders with hospitals that have never used our products before.

We make the training easy for you

There’s a perception out there that teaching new restraint systems is very time consuming and expensive. That may be true for some restraint products, but it certainly isn’t for ours. The product designs and training resources we provide ensure fast and efficient learning.

Our products are uncomplicated

The simplicity of our products makes it easy to learn how to use them. Our hardware and quick Velcro option is very straightforward. You touch the top of the device and the button pops off. It takes only 30 seconds to restrain a patient.

All of our products are universally sized. And all of our limb straps for the hands and the feet are interchangeable. So in an emergency, you don’t have to sort through different sizes... You simply grab and go.

We have extensive documentation on our fabrics, which are antimicrobial and strength tested, so we’re ready for any questions you might have.

We offer several training options

To ensure that our product training is convenient and flexible, we offer options that accommodate every schedule and preference. They include:

  • Hands-on training: In almost every location, we can provide trainers to help you learn to use our equipment quickly. In Canada, our trainers each have 40 years’ experience working in the top psychiatric hospitals. In other countries, our distributors provide first-class trainers to work with you in your facility.

  • Video conferencing: We offer interactive live training sessions led by experienced trainers who can train large groups of viewers at a time; and are available to answer questions 24/7.

  • YouTube: Our online YouTube channel carries a series of three-minute videos illustrating how to apply our products in different circumstances.

  • USB disks: We offer USB training modules that can be accessed on any computer

We’ve been getting very positive feedback from clients about learning to use our products. Here’s what one of them had to say:

“I’ve been using the Pinel De-Restraining System for over two decades. It’s very simple to train and easy to use with the support and clinic staff – everyone loves it.”
